VEX CLOTHING RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Vex Clothing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) renting item(s) from us. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. RENTAL PERIOD
1.1. Your rental period begins at 10 am on the date you reserved your item for and ends on the return date specified at checkout, at 10 am.
1.2. All rental items must be returned, using the method agreed upon at time of reserving your rental, on or before the return date.

2. RENTAL FEES & PAYMENT
2.1. The rental fee is based on a percentage of the item’s retail price and is displayed at checkout.
2.2. A mandatory cleaning fee is included in the rental price.
2.3. A refundable damage deposit will be authorized at check out and will be released upon satisfactory item return.
2.4. Payment must be completed in order to reserve your rental.

3. SHIPPING & RETURNS
3.1. Shipping must be arranged directly. Please contact us for details.
3.2. Customers are responsible for returning items on or before the return date and time.
3.3. Failure to return items on time will result in late fees (see Section 5).

4. CARE & USAGE OF ITEMS
4.1. You agree to follow all care instructions provided with your rental.
4.2. Do not attempt to clean the item yourself. We will handle professional cleaning.
4.3. Avoid damage from sharp objects, excessive stretching, lotions, perfumes, or prolonged exposure to sunlight and heat.
4.4. Items must not be altered, modified, or tampered with in any way.

5. LATE RETURNS & NON-RETURNED ITEMS
5.1. Late Fee: A charge of [$XX] per day will be applied if the item received back on the return date by 10 am.
5.2. If the item is not returned within 12 days, you will be charged the full retail price of the item, minus any rental fees already paid.

6. DAMAGE, STAINING, OR LOSS
6.1. You are responsible for any damage, staining, or loss of the rental item(s) during your rental period.
6.2. If the item is returned damaged beyond repair, or not returned at all, you will be charged the full retail value of the item.
6.3. Any repairable damage will result in a repair fee, which will be deducted from your deposit or charged separately.

7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
7.1. Cancellations made 72 hours before the rental period start date are eligible for a full refund.
7.2. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental period start date will incur a cancellation fee of equal to a 3-day rental fee of the items.
7.3. Rental fees are non-refundable once the item has been received or the rental period has begun.

8. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
8.1. Vex Clothing LLC is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damage resulting from the use of rental items.
8.2. Items are rented “as-is” and at your own risk.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By renting from Vex Clothing, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Rental Agreement. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in additional charges or legal action.
